We understand when you need to return an item. We will gladly refund for items in their original un-worn condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

For holidays, we make an exception: items must be returned within 60 days of receipt if you made your order in November or December. 

Please note all SALE items are final - no returns, exchanges, or store credits.

RETURNS

Step 1: Before making your return, please email us at info@babychelle.com first for the return address.

• In the email, include your 1) order number and 2) reason of return.

Step 2: Include a note of the below items when making your return:

• Order number
• Reason of return or exchange
• No need to include anything else (Packing slip/receipt & USPS label not necessary)

Note that all sales are final after 30 days.
