HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

For Christmas delivery, we advise ordering by Dec. 13th at the very latest! Orders after that date cannot be guaranteed to make Christmas delivery due to the busy period for postal service, which could result in delays.

We ship within 1-2 business days of order received. We ship Mon-Fri and not Sat-Sun. We mainly ship via USPS. Customers from within the States usually receive their items within 5-7 days. If it has been a week and you have not received your items, please email us.

If you need items delivered by a certain date, we offer options including 2-day, 3-day, or overnight shipping. 2-day and 3-day shipping options are available for selection during the checkout process. Please email info@babychelle.com before you make your order if you want to make sure you receive your order by a certain date. 

2-day and 3-day refer to business days, only Mon-Sat get counted as business days for 2-day, and Mon-Fri for 3-day shipping. If you order on a Monday, your order is to arrive on a Thu for 2-day and Fri for 3-day.

Please note our office is closed on all public holidays, so if you place your order on a public holiday, we will ship your order the next day after the holiday.
